About the Role

DR OTC Distributors is looking for a driven sales representative to grow our wholesale accounts among home health agencies, independent pharmacies, hospices, and other medical and care establishments that need a reliable, recurring supply of OTC health and beauty products.

You'll be the front line connecting these facilities to our 600+ SKU catalog — building relationships, securing recurring orders, and helping facility buyers get verified wholesale pricing without the hassle of dealing with multiple suppliers.

What You'll Do

• Identify and reach out to home care agencies, pharmacies, hospices, and medical facilities that need recurring OTC supply
• Build and manage a pipeline of wholesale accounts from first contact through signed, recurring orders
• Present our product catalog and wholesale pricing structure to facility buyers and procurement teams
• Negotiate order volume, frequency, and terms that work for both the client and DR OTC
• Maintain and grow existing accounts with consistent follow-up and account management
• Report on pipeline activity, closed accounts, and recurring revenue generated

What We're Looking For

• Experience in B2B sales, medical supply sales, or healthcare-adjacent industries preferred
• Comfortable with outbound prospecting — calls, emails, and in-person visits when needed
• Self-motivated and able to manage your own pipeline with minimal supervision
• Strong communication skills and ability to build trust with facility decision-makers
• Familiarity with OTC health products, pharmacy operations, or healthcare procurement is a plus
• Reliable transportation if visiting accounts in person within your region
